He's tracking someone for Magneto. He isn't sure of the specifics, but he's too angry in general to care. From jail to Duplicity to leaving the warden with an x-carved against his face, Scott is not... his most... forgiving. Of humanity or in general.
Given a target and a reason, he's pretty goddamn willing to go after it, and crimes against mutants is enough.
it's dark. He's wearing black and the visor. It obscures the glow of his eyes and his vision but it's not a problem. He tracks through alleys and warehouses - then into a warehouse.
He's about to have, and take, his shot when he becomes aware, thanks to his spatial awareness that someone else - a third person, not his target - is in the space and moving.
