Scott could not be more confused by Midnighter being glad that he didn't know Scott all that well, but he doesn't have a chance to say anything about it before he's being aggressively kissed.
He puts his hand back on Mid's neck to return it though and sort of half-rewards Mid by using some aggression and teeth himself.
