It’ll loosen tense muscles, maybe fade a bit of scarring but not a lot, take some chronic ache for a bit. Anything that’s lost I’d need to cast regenerate over the course of a few sessions to heal like kissing or damaged limbs. Even then, might only repair some function depending on the age of the injury.

if something was wrong with you and there was no way to fix it really, would you tell the person you're with? or is there no point in upsetting or worrying them over it?
